• Take a journey of breath and sound, with flutes, drum, singing bowls, piano, voice and other instruments, to connect us with our soul essence.
• Release stuck emotions
• Enter the void of silence to help us redirect that freed energy, and receive guidance on our next steps.
• Support each other as we share our discoveries.
