Are You Ready To Let Go of Limiting Stories - and Tell New Ones that Open New Paths?
Abundance has many forms—plentitude and sobriety around money, resources, vitality, wellbeing, relationships, knowledge, connection with Spirit.
All of these are based in energy.
Are you abundant in your life? Are the resources and energy that you need available to you? Or do they seem to elude you, or slip through your fingers?Â
Do you give wisely? Are you able to receive with grace? Do you take more than you give?
What role do you play in your abundance stories? Damsel in distress? Knight on a white horse? Entitled Prince or Princess? Mogul? Wheeler-Dealer? Virtuous Stoic? Starving Artist, Mystic, or Caregiver? Undeserving Beggar?
Who, in your story, is responsible for your abundance, or lack thereof? You? Your Partner? Parents? Others? The Universe?
Are you living out stories of your parents around abundance? Of your Lineage? Culture?Â
We will get into all of it!
This Recapitulation Lab Is For You If...
- You are ready to move to the next level of abundance in any or all aspects of your life.
- You are ready to inventory and release resentments and fears that hold you back—and to elevate your impact on others.
- You are willing to partner with supportive peers, and with Infinity to write and live your new story.
Together we will practice the shamanic breathing practice known as the recapitulation. This allows us to disentangle and breathe back emotional energy left in past interactions, and exhale and release any such energy we took on from others.
This newly-freed energy gives us the ability to see and appreciate the abundance we already have, and find new options and solutions to break free from outmoded patterns in our lives, and be who we really are.
We will support and enhance this practice with energizing movement, small group work, entrancing and soothing sound, and Theater Play that all originate with shamans of Mexico and California.
