Are You Ready To Let Go of Limiting Stories - and Embrace Ones that Open New Paths?
The word “story” stems from Ancient Greek historia, learning through research, and Proto Indo-European weydtor: wise person, or one who sees.
Together in this 12-week series, we will research:
• What kinds of stories do you tell about your own experience, or that of others?
• Are they accurate? Do they include relevant context?
• Are they uplifting, energizing?
• What kinds of choices do they lead to in your life?
Then we will practice the ultimate tool to help us tell new stories and make better decisions, aligned with the wisdom of the heart.
Recapitulation Lab Is For You If...
- You are ready to move to the next level in any or all aspects of your life.
- You want to make more conscious decisions that align with your heart's chosen path.Â
- You feel inspired to awaken alongside others!Â
Together we will practice the magical breathing practice known as the recapitulation. This allows us to disentangle and breathe back emotional energy left in past interactions, and exhale and release any such energy we took on from others.
This newly-freed energy gives us the ability to find new options and solutions to break free from outmoded patterns in our lives, and be who we really are.
We will support and enhance this practice with energizing movement, pair and group work, entrancing and soothing sound, and Theater Play that originate with seers of ancient Mexico.
