Rest, Release, Restore

Together we will:

• Take a journey of breath and sound, with flutes, singing bowls, voice, piano, solfeggio and elemental chimes, and other instruments, to help us gently calm our nervous systems and replenish our energy.
• Enter the void of silence to receive inspiration, guidance, and deep rest.
• Support each other as we share our discoveries.
